So many different ways of making potatoes but this recipe is one of my favorites because of all the flavors and it’s also super fast to make so it’s great for weeknights!
In case you didn’t know, my husband and I both have a sweet tooth. That being said, we don’t keep any sweets or “junk food” at home. Why? It’s quite simple really. I’m not a fan of premade or prepackaged food. I know it’s pretty much impossible to do EVERYTHING from scratch, but I try to avoid buying anything premade or prepackaged as much as I can. My husband doesn’t completely agree with me on this, so we have a deal. When he’s craving something sweet, like cookies for example, I always make sure to have all the ingredients at home so I can make him something. I don’t mind really, since I LOVE to bake. My dream would be to one day quit my corporate job so I could write and bake all day. Who knows, maybe one day I will. Until then, I will share with you my best recipes, starting with chocolate chip cookies, because who doesn’t love cookies?
