Ever crave that really good Asian takeout but you don’t feel like going out to get it? Why not make it at home! It’s much easier and faster than you think, and tastes just as good, if not better! I make this recipe every few weeks or so and it’s always a success with my hubby!

- 1/4 Tsp Pepper
- Yaki-Soba Noodles
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 stalks Celery, diced
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, ginger and pepper. Set aside.
- Cook Yaki-Soba according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high, add onion and celery. Stir until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in cabbage, until heated through, about 1 minute.
